We collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, payment information processed by third-party processors, survey responses, registrations, and customer support communications. All content, books, workbooks, courses, coaching materials, videos, templates, surveys, graphics, recordings, trademarks, logos, systems, and proprietary methods are owned by ErikaVOnline™ and/or Born to Shine Limited™. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, upload, or create competing products from our materials without written permission. 

AI Restrictions 

You may not upload, scrape, reproduce, or use our proprietary materials to train or improve artificial intelligence systems or machine learning models without written permission.

Payment Plans 

Selecting a payment plan creates an obligation to complete all scheduled payments. Stopping participation does not cancel your payment obligation. 

Refund Policy 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds are offered unless a specific product or service expressly includes a written guarantee. Any guarantee applies only to that specific offer and only if all guarantee conditions are satisfied. Membership fees, digital products, coaching, consulting, travel planning fees, courses, events, retreats, templates, downloads, and subscriptions are otherwise non-refundable. 

Property & Feedback 

Feedback, testimonials, comments, reviews, suggestions, videos, Zoom participation, recordings, and other submitted content may be used by ErikaVOnline™ and Born to Shine Limited™ for business, educational, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By communicating electronically with us you consent to receive electronic notices, disclosures, agreements, and communications. 

Recording Consent 

Events, coaching, Zooms, webinars, workshops, retreats, podcasts, and trainings may be recorded. By participating, you consent to the use of your voice, likeness, comments, chat messages, photos, and video for educational and promotional purposes unless prohibited by law. 

Community Standards 

We may remove participants engaging in abusive, threatening, unlawful, or disruptive conduct. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund unless a written guarantee specifically provides otherwise. 

Travel Terms 

Travel bookings are subject to supplier terms and conditions. Professional planning and service fees are non-refundable unless a written guarantee applies.

ErikaVOnline™ and Born to Shine Limited™ are independent businesses and are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Mary Kay Inc. We do not directly or indirectly solicit, recruit, market, or promote our products or services to members of Mary Kay Inc.'s independent sales organization. Any member who purchases from us does so voluntarily after independently finding our websites, content, events, or resources.
